The hotel was wonderful small and safe with outstandingly accommodating people from check-in to check-out. The location of the property was great and comfy, close to the main attractions of Waikiki.

This hotel was excellent base for exploring Honolulu, loved it and venue’s excellent staff from check-in to check-out. Our accommodation was set in a central location adjacent to Hawaii for shopping, and many restaurants from Subway and Denneys to Ruth's Chris and Yardhouse. Had brunch in the Yard House, located nearby.

Perfect and perfectly clean hotel, the staff who served us were affable, and it had ideal location to Uber to shuttle buses. The room was recently refurbished and spotless, we had a cooker, an espresso machine and glassware.

There were a bit lumpy beds.

The hotel's prime location makes it a perfect choice for families with kids. It is just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by all the popular Waikiki hot spots. The rooms are spacious, with a separate bedroom for naps and a large bathroom with a shower and stand-alone bath. The kitchenette and living area provide a comfortable space for families to relax. The rooftop pool and cabanas offer a great place to unwind and enjoy the view. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The only inconvenience is the access to the ground floor, which requires taking the elevator down to the parking garage and walking up to the street.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. The concierge and front desk were especially accommodating. The location of the hotel was great, with a mall right next door and plenty of restaurants in the area.

The rooms at this hotel were on the smaller side. Additionally, I was disappointed to find out that there was a $30 per day resort fee that didn't offer any additional benefits or services that you would expect from a resort.

My stay was excellent in February. Appreciated the exceptionally comfortable bed in my suite. The staff were polite all the time of my stay.

Clean place with excellent view of the ocean. Very kind employees from check-in to check-out, reasonably spacious and newly decorated room. Quick check-in, parking nearby. Everything awesome. Great and incredible location not too far away from a Honolulu zoo.

It was as expected, had a pleasant stay in February. Really enjoyed this brand-new hotel: outstanding food and genuinely helpful and really helpful staff.

We had a lovely stay at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club in Waikiki. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach and close to high-end shopping. The modern and clean room felt like a classy condo, complete with excellent amenities. The top-floor pool and lounge area provided a pleasant and relaxing environment. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Waikiki.
